This is the exact product I was looking for. It certainly turned my old system into futuristic.
512MB of dedicated graphics is definitely a booster.

The card fitted right into AGP4x slot (1.5v key) on my ASUS-A7N266-VM-SE motherboard (onboard GeForce2 with 32MB).
This doesn't mean I bought it blindly, just cause it's AGP.
I searched & read lot of reviews for this card & this specific model, especially the AGP8x vs 4x compatibility issues.
It runs flawless on AGP4x slot.

Package contained:
1. the card, with 3 outputs (DVI, VGA, S-Video)
2. drivers+softwares+manual on disc (CD)
3. S-Video Cable
4. DVI to VGA adapter (there's already a VGA output, just in case if you have two VGA monitors)

Installation was easy.
If you have any cards in nearby PCI slots, make sure to remove(or atleast losen) them before inserting the card into AGP slot.

Only problem I faced the NVIDIA Control Panel didn't start, with some dll exception error. Might be because I forgot to uninstall previous version, or something else. Well, it's now fixed with updates from NVIDIA site.

Registered the product on EVGA website & now the warranty is 2 years.
And working all well.

 Really good MB just loved it it gives everything i needed in budget,.

Pros: cheap, supports FX series cpu's and 32 gb memory, USB 3 and SATA 3. Also the new UEFI bios is amazing and really cooler that previous dos based ones

Cons: only 2 usb 3 ports that too on back panel, the other pcie 2.0 slot works on 4x

For what my need were this fits perfectly and works out of the box smothly.

 I ordered this item for my AMD phenom II 955 processor and its really good keep my cpu temp down considerably than stock cooler.

but i had a hard time installing it and would not recommend as the manual supplied with it is also not helpful. 

Also the build quality is not that good.

Finally for me its working and keep cpu cool.
